About my work and background
My name is Dijana Novak Kresic and I’m architect, executive coach and design thinker.
I worked many years in the corporate world, and I’m an experienced entrepreneur too. In 2000 I owned a small gallery and later on, I was a CEO and co-owner of corporative interior design and construction company.
I decided to converge all my expertise in one business. In search of finding the right combination, I started organising personal creativity development training and courses, that led me to NLP master and Executive coaching educations, 2yrs expressive art therapy education, stress release practices, as well as creative business development training and visual thinking training expertise.
Because I’m an architect, Design Thinking methodology comes naturally to me – it’s the process very similar to architectural designing – and one that’s completely aligned with the sustainable growth of a business, together with online presence and positioning.
As a trainer, I bring to the table all my hands-on experience, together with my tech-savvy mindset.
I believe in life-long learning and my biggest joy is passing forward my experience, knowledge and skills, and seeing how that beautifully transforms other people lives and business.
